  The location is fantastic, within walking distance from all major Ottawa attractions. The apartments are large and well equipped, but some are older, having an old-fashioned look. When we checked-in we were given one of the oldies; but the mattress of its bed had two depressions which suggested an unpleasant prospect. I then went to the reception and the attendant (Cris, extremely helpful and efficient throughout my entire stay), gave us "an upgrade", which meant a much nicer apartment, modern and certainly newly renovated.

  There are older and more modern units. It's important to be aware of that when making a choice.

  Great, large suites with a large kitchen and living room/office space and balcony!!! We hold meetings during the day and small parties with partners in the evening. It is well located: 5-10 minutes walk from the Parliament Hill, liquor stores, groceries (yes, you can cook in the hotel) and restaurants. Comfortable king size bed and a spacious and clean bathroom. Parking is available. There is a swimming pool. The staff is very welcoming. Will definitely come back again.

  Nice suite. Spacious, clean. Well equipped kitchen

  Our room faced east on Waller which had many emergency vehicles, noisy people, sirens, night and day. It was quite disturtbing. We were also awakenened at 2:30 am with an in-hotel fire alarm emergency, which turned out to be a false alarm. The good news,- the fire alarm announcement was clear and effective. The bad news is that it happened at all.

  The space offered by the suites. It was unbelievable. The price was excellent as well and the location is just perfect!

  The last few floors above the 12th were not yet renovated while we were there in May 2011. Should be all completed by 2013 according to one staff.

  The hotel exceed our expectations. I was able to make home cooked meals in the kitchen, which helps cut down on take out food and money spent. I was very impressed with the size of the rooms. Larger then any other room I have been in.

  There was a few things I didn't like and they weren't to big of a deal. Couldn't take towels provided to dry off out of the pool/gym area (to wear back to your room), Next time I will take the big pillow out of the closet instead of the little ones on the bed, and last I had to cook everything in the oven as there was no pots, but I didn't call the desk to find out if they would send some up so this is my own fault for not finding out all my resources.

  Booked room to accomodate husband and two teenagers thinking it would be lots of room for all. Beds were small so one had to sleep on pull out couch which was very uncomfortable. Fridge was very loud.

  The restaurant/bar/store was quite expensive and did not offer much variety, however there were several restaurants close by.

  2-bedroom, 2 bathroom suite at exceptional low price. free room upgrade. very pleasant and helpful staff.

  minor complaint: TV remote button to select movie didn't work. staff tried to fix but couldn't.
